Our Story
Anavo started as an idea – passionate people who felt elderly care could be better. We are grateful to do the job we do and privileged that people give us the opportunity to deliver better care for their loved ones. It’s a massive responsibility and we do not take it for granted. We’ll always strive to do the best we can, be kind and continuously improve.
Anavo operates care homes across the UK and Alexandra Mill is our newest building. We like to think this home brings together all of the things we’ve learnt from listening to what our current residents want. From the environment they want to live in, the facilities they are looking for and the care they need.
Care Types
Residential Care
We care for older people who are no longer able to live independently at home, providing support such as personal care and taking medication. Social activities, interactions and delicious food keep the mind and body well and active.
Nursing Care
Our highly skilled team of qualified nurses and care staff are able to support people with their medical needs and provide assistance with personal care, activities of daily living and independence.
Dementia Care
We provide specialist nursing and multi-disciplinary team care to support people living with dementia. We assist residents with everything they need while ensuring they remain active and happy.
Respite Care
We understand that caring for someone at home can be emotionally and physically demanding. As a carer, it’s important to step back and make time for yourself.
Day Services
We offer day services to give you the opportunity to get out and about, interact and spend time in a new social circle, enjoying the companionship of others and maybe even making a few new lasting friendships!
Funding
Our pricing is dependent on your needs and starts from £1,350 per week. You may be eligible for funding support either from your Local Council or the NHS. We’ll help you figure this part out.
